Scope

BESCO scope of work is to provide the client with the required BIM Consultancy services by developing fully coordinated clash-free 3D BIM models at LOD 300 based on the IFC BIM Model. produced shop drawings that are collected from the client; moreover:

1. Update the models from LOD 100 to LOD 300.

2. Submit the clash-free LOD 300 models for review and approval.

3. Propose solutions that don’t impact the design purposes.

4. Development of 3D model at LOD 300.

5. Submit the shopdrawing planes.

6. Review the clashes that appear with the design department.
