The project is already constructed, and all shop drawings,
as built drawings, and material submittals got approved by the supervision
consultant and the client. Besco was requested to provide BIM Consultancy services for the New.
Scope
Besco Engineering Service carried out the Building Information Modeling (BIM) of Architecture,
Structural, MEP) and facility management information for General Administration Building. The main scope of
work listed below:
1. Lead in BIM implementation, workflow & methodologies during Design Review, Coordination & Shop Drawing.
2. Establish the Suitable Folder Structure for all Disciplines.
3. Actual Hands-on capabilities on Creation of Templates, High Level BIM Families, Shared Parameters, Scheduling and BIM Modelling in general.
4. Manage and coordinate the Submittals from the Company & All Received files for all Projects.
5. Revit co-ordination between the office teams, and between our firm and any External consultants or contractors.
6. Managing of Running interference detection to detect clashes to assist project team with coordination process.
7. Create Clash Matrix or Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage.
8. Create Clash Matrix & Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage.
9. Produce shop drawings as zero-clash extracted from Revit for all design disciplines.
10. Create BIM Assessment Forms for all disciplines and Prepare Development Plans for all.
